Print & Check Checkwheigher
Standalone module for in-line or off-line checkweighing, printing and verification up to 3 carton sides. The P&C checkweigher is a compact, high-throughput module that integrates checkweigher functionality with printing and verification of data which can be on 3 sides: on the operator side, machine side, or top side of cartons. The integration of these functions in one unit offers significant space savings. The fin-belt conveyor system keeps cartons perfectly positioned during various operations.

Semi Automatic Case Packer with Aggregation
Our Semi-automatic Case Packer with Aggregation is an efficient machine that simplifies case and pallet aggregation operations and can be seamlessly integrated within Antares Vision Group’s T&T solutions. The machine has an automatic stacking system for cartons, and a high-resolution camera that reads 2D DataMatrix codes. The operator manually feeds the case into the machine and positions it correctly. Once the reading process is complete, a servo motor-controlled pusher gently places the cartons into the case. The system verifies all codes and creates a parent-child relationship between the case and all carton codes by printing the case label. In case of any rejected carton code, the machine stops, an alarm is activated, and the operator manually removes the case. The printing and verification of the case label can be done either manually or automatically. With this machine, you can streamline your aggregation process, save time, and improve your productivity.

Package Integrity Control
Software and hardware kit designed to inspect pharmaceutical products such as syringes, ampoules, bottles or vials in trays. Through its inspections, the PIC system can verify: Presence and integrity, in particular: Replenishment package; Syringes with needle and cap; Caps and flip-off closures; Glass and plastic products integrity; Verifies the shape: Verifies product shape; Geometry ( area, contour, major/minor axis); Verifies the color: Product color; Rings on bottles/vials/ampoules; Unicolored internal parts as, for example, pistons and syringe caps.

Medication management platform
The Medication Management Platform allows the complete traceability of the flow of medicines and medical devices, combined with automation systems that can help improve efficiency and operational excellence within healthcare institutions. The combination of automation systems and traceability allows for the better management of reorders and stocks, both at the central and peripheral level, avoiding the waste of materials due to expiration. The MMP is a single, interconnected platform designed to: implement the full end-to-end traceability of drugs and medical devices inside the hospital; allow the complete visibility of processes; track therapy workflows for enhanced patient safety.
