CAM SAV is an Algerian company, exclusive representative of the CAM packaging label since 1999, as well as another manufacturer of automatic machines, in order to respond to any request from our customers.
CAMSAV is specialized in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Agri-food manufacturing and packaging equipment, for this it is not content with representation only, since 2006 it has been able to install an assembly and finishing unit for certain packaging machines. , vignetting, and labeling called machine program D, which reduced the costs of these machines by more than 20%.

THE NEW BLISTERING MACHINE CAM mod NMC
NMC is the new version of CAM blister machine designed to maximize its compactness. The result ob- tained is a machine that guarantees the best perfor- mance within a minimal surface area. The machine, with a balcony structure in the loading area, has small overall dimensions and is simple to use, a distinguishing trait of CAM blister machines. Thanks to CAM experience, the NMC has been de- signed with a special regard towards fast and intuitive format change-over, designing each part in view of a fast replacement by minor intuitive operations. Sys- tems for sealing, forming and cutting plates, plain guides for product load deck, and sensors detecting their correct position, make format change-over sim- ple even for unskilled operators. The NMC shares its function principles with other CAM blister machines, allowing interchangeability of format-based parts with certain older models.

The vertical intermittent motion AV cartoner has been designed by CAM offering the user an extremely compact and versatile machine available with short lead time at a reasonable price, which is capable of guaranteeing high performance linked to its simplicity of use and maintenance. Carton pick-off and erection carried-out by means of a mobile blade which inserts into the carton pre-opening it before completely erecting and inserting it between the transfer lugs, allows low grammage board to be used even when handling square-section formats or cartons with glueing and creasing imperfections. The ample space available in the product feeding area, allows for more than one operator to be employed if the machine is to be used for manual feeding. The cantilevered transfer of cartons into the product introduction area, guarantees ideal location of the operators in addition to allowing cleaning to be carried-out with ease.
