About us
Created in 1974 in Pianoro (Bologna), where the headquarters remain today, over the years Marchesini has evolved into a group that, through acquisitions and partnership agreements with complementary businesses in the industry, is able to handle the entire packaging process, upstream and down, for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Today, the Marchesini Group is organised into 14 production divisions, seven acquired companies, and one partner company, each with consolidated experience in the design and manufacture of packaging machines for pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.

LIPSTICK FILLER MOD. SM300
Within the range of machines for the manufacture of lipsticks and cocoa bars, Marchesini presents a new ergonomic and versatile solution, the SM300. With the capacity to manufacture up to 300 molds per hour with just one operator, the SM300 is the perfect solution for small laboratories or small production runs. The great versatility of this machine come front the ease of installing new formats, since the technology is based on silicone moulds, easy to change, clean, manufacture and at a very low cost. The main features are: - Complete with 1 single melting tank (5 liters), with volumetric doser at 1 nozzle, fix type - The technological working cycle includes the moulds heating, dosing, cooling up to -20°C by forced air circulation and demoulding - 24 silicone moulds and 1 plastic holder for packaging - The whole operation cycle, semi-automatic type, is controlled by a Siemens PLC
