Aseptic liquid and powder filling
a complete aseptic ophthalmic filling solution, designed for efficiency and adaptability. This system handles unscrambling, filling, weighing, plugging, and capping at speeds of up to 200 units per minute, integrating Industry 4.0 features for enhanced connectivity. Ideal for both 3-piece and 2-piece preservative-free containers, it operates within aseptic Grade A environments, including LAF, RABS, or Isolators. The system provides real-time OEE visualisation and 100% in-process control (IPC) weight monitoring at full speed. Fully servo-driven for precise control, it accommodates various packaging materials, enabling quick changeovers. Additionally, the machine can be configured to run nasal spray applications, maximising its versatility.

Capsule filling machine
The Sejong capsule filling machines are designed for cGMP production and R&D environments. The capsule filling machines share the following features that demonstrate superior design, robust construction, low maintenance costs and easy operation. The complete family of machines allows production ranges from 40,000 capsules/hour to 150,000 capsules/hour for powders and 31,500 capsules/hour to 105,000 capsules/hour for pellet filling. Filling combinations of powders + tablets are possible on all Sejong machines. AUTOMATIC COATING MACHINE
he Sejong SFC Series of automatic coating machines combine their engineering expertise in designing coaters that maximize the thermal air flow and sequential spraying controls that today’s cGMP environments demand. By utilizing an HVLP type spray gun, the efficiency of the coating is tightly controlled along with air temperatures to ensure even coating of both film and sugar coatings. COUNTING LINE
The Countec DMC line of equipment has various tablet counting machines to meet your production needs: From lab tablet verification models to semi-automatic counters for small scale production to medium and large scale fully-automatic production. Equipment output ranges from 1,500 tablets per minute to 30,000 tablets per minute (or up to 300 bottles per minute). Using the most advanced infrared sensors and PLC touch screen controls, the DMC line of counters provides maximum running efficiency and complete accuracy demanded by our pharmaceutical customers. Capsule Checkweigher
The newly re-designed Sejong Checkweighers (iW series) use the latest technologies to quickly and accurately measure the weights of capsules. The iW Capsule Checkweighers use high-performance weight cells that accurately weigh capsules with tolerances of +-2mg. The system easily distinguishes between good and defective capsules which are then automatically discharged. Measuring weight ranges from 0mg to 1,800mg. All data in the checkweighers is saved by the HMI system enabling you to check all necessary data from an easy to use, touch screen operation panel.
