We are the largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical glass packaging in China, and were established in 1970 with a registered capital of approximately USD34,781,096 and gross assets valued at over US$200million.We possess advanced manufacturing technology and expertise in our field. Vaccine Vial
Available format: 1-20ml; Glass type: Borosilicate glass, type I. We are ramping up the existing type I tubular vials and prefilled syringe production in anticipation of the huge demand of packaging for COVID-19 vaccine supply. At the same time, we are also increasing investment to increase the further capacity and a variety of options for potential pharmaceutical companies that are vaccine producers in the coming future. In August, we have Developed a 2ml moulded type I vaccine vial which can be used as a substitute of tubular vial.
Type I,II,III Moulded Injection Vials
Available Format: sizes from 5ml to 100ml, meet all requirements specified in the latest version of norm of CFDA YBB, USP, EP. Color: Clear and Amber; Glass type: made of sodalime glass or borosilicate glass, including type I, II, III, always is available in stock.
Prefilled Syringe
The prefilled syringe(PFS) is an injection device and exempts the procedure that get the medicine from ampoule and moulded injection bottle, PFS has a history of more than 30 years. PFS is the packaging material that has been sterilized and doesn’t have pyrogen and particulate, it could be filling directly in the clean room of the pharmaceutical enterprise. Its advantage is exempting the pharmaceutical company’s complex program of cleaning the packaging containers and reducing the investment of the cleaning equipment. In addition, the accessories of PFS have good compatibility with drug. Meanwhile, PFS has good sealing performance, the drug could be stored for long time and it replaced a part of market of tubular vial and ampoule. In the current European and American market, the use of PFS is very common.
