Singhania Tableting group is a group specializes in manufacturing of Punches & Dies and Tablet Compression Machines.
Singhania Tableting has more than 50 years of experience in Tableting. It is today the acknowledged leader for Punches & Dies in India. The group exports to over 70 countries and is an approved global vendor for Pfizer, Mylan, Novartis, Sanofi, Sun Pharma and other MNC.
Singhania ‘Punches & Dies’ strictly adhere to Euro / IPT specifications and are manufactured using internationally approved tool steels, which ensures trouble-free production, high yield and consistent performance. Our tooling is suitable for Fette, Killian, Korsch, Manesty, Sejong, PTK, Cadmach and other tablet presses.
In 1989, Singhania Tableting developed the ADEPT Tablet Presses. Special emphasis is given to safety, durability and ease of use while designing the Adept Tablet Press. There are over 500 Adept Tablet Press in operations today spread across 50 countries.

Adept AMR Tablet Press
The Adept Mega Press is designed keeping in mind Adept's philosophy of providing simple and efficient solution. The Adept Mega Press not only gives a higher output but also guarantees minimum breakdown and maintenance. Special emphasis has been given on trouble free working and durability so that the machine can be used in a 24/7 working environment.
Adept ATR Tablet Press
The Adept Lab Press is a mini rotary tablet press used mainly for R&D. It is also suitable for pilot batch production. This tablet press has been built as per cGMP standards. Special emphasis has been taken to ensure quick change over and trouble free operation. SALIENT FEATURES • 6 Tons Load Capacity - This press is designed to take full load of 6 tons for compressing bigger tablets • Food Grade Gravity Feeder - The Multi Chamber Gravity Feeder is made of polymer and ensures no metal contamination in tablets • Rotary Feeder and Pre Compression to help make pilot scale batches
Ultrasonic Tool Cleaner
The Ultrasonic Tool Cleaner provides an effective and efficient method for cleaning Punches & Dies and tablet press parts. Improper cleaning of Punches & Dies leads to product contamination and adversely effects tablet quality and tool life. The Ultrasonic cleaning process ensures consistent cleaning of tools without manual intervention and any deterioration. Areas like intricate embossing, upper punch key ways, inside of die, etc are cleaned with same efficiency. Cleaning such areas manually is difficult and also time consuming. This process also reduces chances of damage as manual handling is minimised.
