Our Blister Inspection System is very User friendly. It can detect various defects like Empty, Broken, Color Change, Shade Variation, Black Spot, Size etc. Our System can be retrofitted on any model Machine. It is 21 CFR Part 11 complaint
Code Reader System
Sun Teknovation provides camera based code reader system to inspect various codes like, pharmacode, barcode, Batchcode (OCR/OCV) and 2D Matrix Code It can be installed on Blister Machine, Cartoning Machine, Labelling Machine, Manual Packing line or we can provide a standalone system. Its a 21 CFR Part 11 complaint product
Inspection System on Bulk Packing Line
Our Inspection System on Bulk Packing Line is a state of the art product. It will inspect for Foreign Objects, Broken, Color Change on Vibrating Channel and ensure that only good product are accepted and allowed to pack in Bottle. Defective tablets/capsules are automatically removed online with the help of our rejection system.
Induction Sealing Inspection
Using High Resolution Thermal Cameras, Sun Teknovation has developed Induction Sealing Inspection of Bottles. It ensures that 100% inspection is done, and product with improper sealing will be rejected
Track and Trace - Serialization
Sun Teknovation provides a complete Serialization (Track and Trace) Solution as per the country guidelines. We can provide Solution from Serialization to Aggregation and also integrating with Third Party. We can provide online as well as offline solution.
