TAIM COATING MACHINE
TCoater is the solution for your tablet coating needs. Our drum coater is able to perform Film coating, sugar coating and pellet manufacturing processes, at high quality result. Taim supplies coating equipment for industrial scale, as for laboratory and R&D use. The coater machine is the heart of a coating plant and it is made up of the following parts: a drive unit, a perforated pan, a process and technical housing. All accessories are included with the delivery of our Coating machines, such as automatic powder dosing and powder layering, as also the spraying equipments. TAIM’s matured experience in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide allows the company today to offer process machines in the preparation of solid, liquid and sterile pharmaceutical forms, faithfull to the Client’s demands.
TCIP- Cleaning in Place Station
The TCIP has been designed to wash any process machine automatically in accordance with standards 3A and of GMP guidelines and can be applied both in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biomedical and food industries.
TWS - Washing Cabin Bin & Equipments
TWS is an automatic washing and drying device designed and built to be installed in a pharmaceutical production area, according to the Good Manufacturing Practice criteria. In the field of cleaning requirements, TAIM’s TWS washing system is specifically designed and is therefore very attractive in its realization and is applied to perform the cleaning of Bins for various types of shapes and sizes, for drums and various accessories used in the pharmaceutical departments to wash and dry internal and external surfaces of the same.
