Bacteriological Incubator
In Bacteriological incubators, the set temperatures are normally in the range of 10°C above ambient to 60°C.

Laminar Airflow
HyZone Unidirectional Vertical Downflow Unit is designed with high precision to deliver product protection in critical environments. It is designed to meet current international standards, especially ISO 14644 series and IST recommended practices.

Cooling Cabinet (2°C - 8°C)
Thermolab Cooling Cabinets are of superior quality and precise control best suited for storage of reference standards, raw materials and vaccine storage . Thermolab Cooling Cabinets feature various safety feature, audio visual alarms, 21 CFR part 11 compliant software and are the preferred choice in cooling solutions.

Microbiological Safety Cabinets
Microbiological Safety Cabinets are used to provide protection to the operator, the environment, and the product while handling dangerous biological materials. It is important to differentiate between conventional Unidirectional Air Flow systems (formerly known as Laminar Air Flow or LAF) and Microbiological Safety Cabinets. Unidirectional Air Flow systems provide a particulate-controlled atmosphere for critical operations but do not offer protection to the operator or the environment. In contrast, Microbiological Safety Cabinets are designed to ensure operator safety, environmental protection, and product protection.

Photostability Chamber
Thermolab’s Photostability Chambers are developed according to the ICH 1Qb guidelines keeping in mind that light testing is an integral part of the stress testing. The chambers closely monitor temperature, Humidity (optional) and light intensity on the drug and drug substance.

Laboratory Oven
Thermolab’s Oven provides heated conditions for curing, drying and exposures for high temperature testing with high accuracy and superior quality.

Vacuum Oven
Thermolab vacuum ovens are an ideal choice for quick drying without posing risk to the samples. The Vacuum oven has a robust design with a toughened glass viewing window and a shatter- resistant safety screen. The interior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel which is easy for maintenance. Thermolab Vacuum ovens operate within a temperature range of 50 0C to 200 0C which is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Sterilizers - Vertical Series
Thermolab Vertical Sterilizers are engineered to deliver reliable and efficient steam sterilization for laboratories, research facilities, and pharmaceutical applications. Designed with a compact footprint, they optimize space without compromising performance. Built for durability and operational safety, the systems ensure uniform heat distribution, precise temperature control, and consistent cycle repeatability. Horizontal Sterilizer Double Door
Mechanical door pulse vacuum sterilizer autoclaves with chamber volumes ranging from 250 Litres to 4000 Litres. Available with one or two hinged door with automatic locking. Horizontal Autoclaves are pre-programmed with 5 perfectly optimized cycle programs that cover the processing needs of most CSSDs and Operating Rooms.

Deep Freezer (-20°C, -40°C) & Ultra Low Deep Freezer (-60°C, -86°C)
Thermolab deep freezers are designed and manufactured for long term storage of various biological products, including viruses, germs, erythrocytes and leucocytes. Applications can be found in blood banks, hospitals, epidemic prevention services, research institutes, biological engineering institutes, laboratories in electronic and chemical plants.

Walk-In Cold Room (2°C to 8°C)
The Walk-In Cooling Cabinets / cold rooms are designed according to ICH guidelines, WHO, MCA and USFDA requirements to maintain uniform conditions. They are superior in airflow distribution, temperature control technology, cabinet construction and are manufactured as per cGMP regulations.

Stability Chamber
Thermolab Scientific Chambers are perfectly designed for the high requirements of stability studies and climatic tests. With Stability Chambers specifically developed to meet FDA/ICH stability requirements generating exceptional control and uniformity of both temperature and humidity. Thermolab Stability Chambers feature various safety feature, audio visual alarms, 21 CFR part 11 software and a vast range of options and is the most preferred choice for stability studies. Every Thermolab Scientific Chamber repeatedly produces required conditions, structural integrity that keeps the chamber working properly through years of demanding test cycles and measuring equipment’s that precisely records all test data.

Walk-In BOD Incubator
Incubators are used for the growth of microorganisms in many fields, including pharmaceuticals, agricultural, environmental, food, and industrial microbiology; public health; basic research; and education. Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD, also called Biological Oxygen Demand) is the amount of dissolved oxygen needed – demanded – by aerobic biological organisms to breakdown organic materials present in a given sample at certain temperature over a specific time period. BOD incubators are normally rated in the range of 20°C to 60°C.

Walk-In Stability Chamber

Offering all temperature and relative humidity conditions specified in ICH guidelines as below: 25°C/ 60% RH 30°C/ 65% RH 30°C/ 70% RH30°C/ 75% RH 40°C/ 75% RH 25°C/ 40% RH 30°C/ 35% RH 40°C/ NMT 25% RH Today, other than Pharma and Bio-pharma products, stability studies are required for Alternate medicines, Food & Beverages, Medical devices, Cosmetics and other items to check the environmental effects on the product.
