The TSI AeroTrak™ Handheld Particle Counter Model 9306 is a versatile and high-performance instrument designed for particle contamination monitoring in pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments. It combines advanced measurement capabilities with a compact, ergonomic design, allowing one-hand operation for efficient use in controlled areas.

The Model 9306 features a 3.6-inch color touchscreen interface that enables easy configuration, operation, and on-screen review of particle count data. It supports Pass/Fail reporting in accordance with ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1, and FS209E, making it suitable for cleanroom classification and routine environmental monitoring in GMP-regulated facilities.

Particle count data can be stored internally, downloaded, or transferred securely using TrakPro™ Lite Secure Software, ensuring reliable reporting and traceability. Multiple instrument configurations can be saved and uploaded as required, supporting flexible use across different cleanroom zones and applications.

The AeroTrak 9306 complies fully with ISO 21501-4 and is calibrated using NIST-traceable PSL spheres, ensuring accurate and repeatable particle measurements. The instrument operates at a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 L/min) and measures particles across a size range of 0.3 to 25 µm, with up to six simultaneous particle size channels.

For pharmaceutical applications requiring enhanced compliance, the Model 9306 can be operated in Data Integrity Mode, designed in accordance with ALCOA+ principles to support GMP data integrity requirements.
