Capsule Checkweigher

The newly re-designed Sejong Checkweighers (iW series) use the latest technologies to quickly and accurately measure the weights of capsules. The iW Capsule Checkweighers use high-performance weight cells that accurately weigh capsules with tolerances of +-2mg. The system easily distinguishes between good and defective capsules which are then automatically discharged. Measuring weight ranges from 0mg to 1,800mg. All data in the checkweighers is saved by the HMI system enabling you to check all necessary data from an easy to use, touch screen operation panel.

There are 4 models to choose from:
iW-10 - Maximum output of 10,000 capsules/hour
iW-60 - Maximum output of 60,000 capsules/hour
iW-120 - Maximum output of 120,000 capsules/hour
iW-180 - Maximum output of 180,000 capsules/hour
