Cleanroom with metal panels

The modular metal panels consist of a core made of polyurethane or rock wool, and 0.5/0.6 mm thick sheet metal plates coated with epoxy paint on both sides. The panels are available in thicknesses ranging from 60 mm to 100 mm, suitable for partition walls and false ceilings.
The panels are joined together using anodized aluminum profiles.
These aluminum profiles allow for a flush assembly between two wall or ceiling panels, with a 2 mm food-grade silicone seal, making cleaning and disinfection easier. All anodized or lacquer-painted aluminum profiles feature smooth, rounded corners on both the interior and exterior surfaces to facilitate cleaning.
The smooth surface of the aluminum simplifies both cleaning and disinfection.
The rounded design of the anodized aluminum profiles prevents retention areas for microorganisms and contributes to the overall aesthetic of the construction.
