Mikron MAIA

The Mikron MAIA is a low volume assembly and test system to produce single or multiple variants of medical devices such as auto-injectors, pen injectors or syringes. All key assembly processes are automated to ensure quality and data collection. The station parameters can be re-used for later production scale-up phase.

Full flexibility and reusability are ensured by an easy retooling for new devices and variants, or device management are solved through specific tooling.

The Mikron MAIA used advanced technology: no compressed air is required and is 100% servo-driven. The system is clean-room ISO 7 compatible.
