Package Integrity Control

Software and hardware kit designed to inspect pharmaceutical products such as syringes, ampoules, bottles or vials in trays.

Through its inspections, the PIC system can verify:

Presence and integrity, in particular:
Replenishment package;
Syringes with needle and cap;
Caps and flip-off closures;
Glass and plastic products integrity;
Verifies the shape:
Verifies product shape;
Geometry ( area, contour, major/minor axis);
Verifies the color:
Product color;
Rings on bottles/vials/ampoules;
Unicolored internal parts as, for example, pistons and syringe caps.
