With patented ASSA, Schematic has made sampling from the reactor safe, easy, and precise.
The ASSA is mounted on the flange of the reactor having dip pipe. Nitrogen is purged into the system to flush out the product from the dip pipe followed by vacuum to collect the sample in the bottle. The N2 is purged again to drain the excess sample liquid from the system and dip pipe.
Especially for pharmaceuticals plants in reactions that are hazardous, corrosive and at high temperature.
