Fette Compacting is the world’s leading provider of integrated solutions for industrial tablet production. The company has its headquarters in Schwarzenbek near Hamburg. A second technology and production facility is operated in Nanjing, China. Fette Compacting is represented in more than 50 countries worldwide. It is a member of the LMT Group, a medium-sized, family-owned group of companies. 1,800 people work for LMT Group companies at over 20 locations worldwide. The Group achieved sales of 375 million euros in fiscal 2021.

THE FE CPS

THE NEW i SERIES
Efficiency to the i stands for: innovation, integration, intuitive operation, and intelligent product design. Next-level of dust-tight machine design, system compatibility and digital connectivity. The compact and space-saving tablet presses in the i Series are available as single and double rotary presses and can be used for single- and double layer tablets.
SPARE PARTS
As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), we use exclusively original parts for our machines and for our partners’ process equipment. To ensure that you receive your spare parts as swiftly as possible, we have established a separate spare parts warehouse with more than 1,500 parts. These parts can be retrieved within only a short time. By means of precise analysis of plant use, our experts draw up a strategy for you for targeted stocking of spare parts. This makes it possible to reduce the capital tied up long term in your spare parts warehouse.
TABLETING TOOLS
The high quality of our tableting tools is revealed in the perfect “harmony” between the machine, turret and tool. As a system partner, we are also a competent consulting partner for tableting tools. We support you in continuously optimizing your entire value-added chain.

F LAB SERIES
Quality by Design principles (QbD) state that high quality products are only achieved through understanding both, your material and process. In this context, it is crucial to precisely understand the compaction properties of all materials even before production. The F Lab 5 and F Lab 10 have been specially developed for this purpose. They allow you to fully characterize the compaction behavior of your powder. The data supplied will benefit you throughout the entire product life cycle: from development and optimization through quality control in the ongoing manufacturing process.
THE NEW P SERIES
Whether for small batches, diverse production sizes, or high volumes, the p Series provides the ideal solution. The F10p sets high standards in small batch production with easy cleaning and fast turret changes. The F20p demonstrates the flexible and efficient concept of modern manufacturing, offering maximum flexibility for various products and batch sizes. The F30p, a double rotary tablet press, features fast sampling of the first layer and enables producers to adapt swiftly to changing product requirements, ensuring maximum output for large-scale production.
