CAPSULIT IS GROWING!

Capsulit Management is delighted to announce officially the construction of a new plant of 5,000 m2. which will be used for expanding our production activity. We are talking about an investment of over €6,000,000 which will allow the growth of the Roncello headquarters for the next few years. The new warehouse will be connected to the existing ones and will be characterized by a low environmental impact and excellent sustainability thanks to the high level of insulation, the installation of another photovoltaic system of approximately 250 kWp on the roof, the creation of heating systems, highly energy efficient air conditioning and exchange which will exploit geothermal energy, the creation of a large lamination tank to contain rainwater and the mitigation of the visual impact achieved through planting throughout the area surrounding the new warehouse. Compensatory interventions in favour of the community are also planned which include the creation of car parks in the area in front of the company near the town hall and cycle paths in the surrounding area. “ New plant will be ready within the end of the year 2024
