The new MET ONE 3400+ Series portable airborne particle counter allows users to load the sampling map with their routine monitoring standard operating procedure (SOP) directly into the counter, along with their sampling configuration for each location. The SOP appears directly as an interactive sampling map on the meter’s screen, guiding users through daily sampling. This helps reduce training requirements and sampling data errors/omissions.
The meter offers features, accessible remotely from a web browser, such as review/approval workflow, MON version control and export of electronic records, without the need for external software. A secure on-board Audit Trail with search and filter options enables rapid report generation during audits. Combined with Microsoft Active Directory control of usernames and passwords for login and electronic signatures, it contributes to compliance with 21 CFR part 11.
