BioTrak™ Real-Time Viable Particle Counter
The BioTrak™ Real-Time Viable Particle Counter is an advanced environmental monitoring instrument designed for pharmaceutical aseptic and controlled environments. It enables true isolation of aseptic processes by providing real-time detection of airborne viable particles, while simultaneously performing ISO-compliant total particle counting. Using biofluorescent particle detection technology, BioTrak operates as an Alternative and Rapid Microbiological Method (ARMM), delivering immediate and reliable viable particle data without the delays associated with traditional culture-based methods. The system offers superior discrimination between viable and inert particles, improving contamination control and environmental understanding. BioTrak combines viable particle detection, total particle counting, and physical capture of microorganisms through proven gelatin filter technology, allowing subsequent microbial identification when required. It operates at a sample flow rate of 1 CFM (28.3 L/min) and requires only a single isokinetic sampling probe, minimizing intrusion into critical environments. The instrument can be used as a standalone unit for routine monitoring, investigations, and room release, or integrated into a Facility Monitoring System (FMS) for continuous automated monitoring of aseptic processes. When integrated, BioTrak supports automated data collection, alarm management, and secure data handling, enhancing process control and reducing the need for manual environmental monitoring interventions. Designed to meet the needs of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facilities, BioTrak supports high data integrity standards and can operate in Data Integrity Mode in accordance with ALCOA+ principles. By enabling continuous monitoring, rapid response to environmental excursions, and improved risk assessment, the BioTrak™ Real-Time Viable Particle Counter supports safer pharmaceutical manufacturing, reduced contamination risk, and improved product quality.

BlisBa™ - PVDC
Using advanced coating technology, BlisBa™ is an economical option for a variety of barrier blister applications. Liveo Research’s proprietary PVC and PET films, known for providing optimum thermoformability, are coated with a medium to high barrier PVDC coating. This coating technology allows for the elimination of the traditional PE sandwiched layer, even at higher PVDC coating weights. BlisBa™ DX, a two-layer barrier film, is available with four standard PVDC coating weights to meet all barrier requirements. If a PE layer is required, we supply BlisBa™ TX. Our proprietary film formulations make BlisBa easily thermoformable at high speeds and reduced temperatures for high performance blister lines. We also offer a rigid PVC film for more specific blister designs. BlisBa™ is available in a highly transparent, opaque white finish or various colors.

BlisBa™ PCP - COC
BlisBa™ PCP is the Cyclo-Olefin-Copolymere (COC) alternative for pharmaceutical blister packaging with medium to high barrier requirements. The BlisBa™ PCP film formulation has been developed to achieve optimum machinability and reliable lay-flat blistering. BlisBa™ PCP allows to maintain transparency and efficiency on the lines. The low density of COC gives a higher yield, reducing plastic consumption. In combination with BlisLid™ PCP, a One-Material Blister (OMB™) made of PP can be obtained, aiming at being recyclable.

BlisForm™ MA - APET
BlisForm™ MA is the APET alternative for pharmaceutical blister packs with a low barrier requirement. BlisForm™ MA is manufactured with our proprietary PET film formulation for optimum machinability and reliable layflat blisters. BlisForm™ MA allows to keep transparency and high efficiency on the lines. In addition, when combined with BlisLid™ MA a One-Material Blister (OMB™) made of APET is achieved.

BlisForm™ MP - PP
BlisForm™ MP is the polypropylene (PP) alternative for pharmaceutical blister packaging with low to medium barrier requirements. The BlisForm™ MP film formulation has been developed to achieve optimum machinability and reliable lay-flat blistering. BlisForm™ MP allows to maintain transparency and efficiency on the lines. The low density of PP gives a higher yield, reducing plastic consumption. In addition, in combination with BlisLid™ MP, a One-Material Blister (OMB™) made of PP can be obtained, aiming at being recyclable.

BlisLid™ MA is the perfect lidding for BlisForm™ MA blisters to achieve a recycle-ready One-Material Blister (OMB™). BlisLid™ MA PET offers both a peelable (PL) and a push-through (PT) option ensuring an easy and safe opening for all kinds of blisters. With this product Liveo Research is able to provide a full One-Material Blister (OMB™) made of PET ensuring high quality and top class service.
