Modular HPL panels consist of a polyurethane or rock wool core and compacted, melamine-coated HPL resin panels, 4mm thick on both sides, 48mm thick for partition panels, 3mm thick on both sides, 30mm thick for non-trafficable wall or ceiling cladding panels, and 3mm thick on both sides, 40mm thick for trafficable false ceiling panels. The panels are secured together with anodized aluminum profiles. The aluminum profiles allow for flush assembly between two partition and false ceiling panels, with a 2mm food-grade silicone seal for easy cleaning and disinfection. All anodized or lacquered aluminum profiles have smooth, rounded corners on the inside and outside, making them easy to clean. The smooth surface of the aluminum facilitates cleaning and disinfection.
