The MAS-100 Eco® is an economical, compact, and lightweight microbial air sampler specifically designed for monitoring microbiological contamination in the food and beverage industries and clean environments. Key Features: Accuracy and Reproducibility: Made of anodized aluminum, the MAS-100 Eco® is designed for optimal accuracy. It operates at a constant air flow rate of 100 liters per minute, in accordance with applicable standards. MAS-100 Compatibility with Standard Petri Dishes: Uses 90 mm Petri dishes, facilitating its integration into existing laboratory protocols and reducing operational costs. Ease of use: The user interface is intuitive, with pre-programmed sampling volumes (10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 liters) and the ability to define custom volumes between 0 and 1,000 liters. Changing Petri dishes is safe and simple. Portability: Weighing 1.4 kg and compact in size (height 14 cm without handle, 18 cm with handle, diameter 11 cm), it is easy to transport and handle. Battery life: Equipped with two 1.2 V rechargeable NiMH batteries, providing approximately 3 hours of battery life, or approximately 18,000 liters of air sampled. MAS-100 Flexibility: Based on the Andersen impaction principle, the MAS-100 Eco® is compatible with a range of accessories, including tripods and adapters, for various applications. MAS-100 Iso NT® ; MAS-100 Iso MH®
The MAS-100 Iso NT® is a microbial air sampler specifically designed to monitor microbiological contamination in isolators and aseptic barrier systems (RABS). It meets the pharmaceutical industry's stringent environmental monitoring requirements. MAS-100 Iso MH®: Specifically designed for isolators, the MAS-100 Iso MH® allows the installation of multiple sampling heads for standard 90-100 mm Petri dishes at critical control points, with all electronics and moving components located outside the critical area. It features an internal pump with flow control for automatic disinfection of the sampling head and suction tube. In addition, an innovative dual-valve system allows the sampling heads to be integrated into the isolator's sterilization process. Key Differences: • Number of Sampling Heads: The MAS-100 Iso NT® is designed for a single sampling head, while the MAS-100 Iso MH® can handle multiple heads simultaneously. • Sterilization Process: The MAS-100 Iso MH® incorporates a dual-valve system that allows the sampling heads to be included in the isolator's sterilization process, a feature not mentioned for the MAS-100 Iso NT®. • Design Standards: The MAS-100 Iso NT® is built to GAMP 4 specifications, while the MAS-100 Iso MH® follows GAMP 5 guidelines. These differences allow for the selection of the most suitable sampler based on specific microbiological monitoring needs in aseptic environments.
