The UYA Ultra-Microbalance is designed to meet the demanding requirements for high-precision mass measurement. Each ultra-microbalance has an automatic adjustment that records temperature changes and eliminates indication deviations that result from an unstable working environment. As a result, automatic adjustment improves measurement readability. The ultra-microbalance consists of two components located in separate housings: a weighing terminal and a precision mechanical measuring system. The two-element design of the ultra-microbalance eliminates the risk of temperature changes and mutual vibration transmission.

It is important to differentiate between conventional Unidirectional Air Flow systems (formerly known as Laminar Air Flow or LAF) and Microbiological Safety Cabinets. Unidirectional Air Flow systems provide a particulate-controlled atmosphere for critical operations but do not offer protection to the operator or the environment. In contrast, Microbiological Safety Cabinets are designed to ensure operator safety, environmental protection, and product protection.

The Mikron G05 linear assembly cell is based on the use of standardized building blocks which offer flexibility and modularity. The proven and stable Mikron G05 platform ensures speed, precision and reliability of your automation solution. The platform makes use of a cam drive for all primary motions, thus guaranteeing perfect synchronization between the working units and the pallet indexing system. Fixtured pallets enter the cell and are advanced and indexed in steps of 60, 120, 160, or 240 mm depending upon the model. Each assembly step is followed by a systematic check to ensure continuous and consistent quality. Multiple cells can be linked together allowing full layout flexibility. Improved accessibility for both operational and maintenance personnel is guaranteed as a result of the system's linear concept. The use of manual working stations, semi-automatic and fully automatic cells offers progressive investment from pilot line to fully automatic line.
