Kaye's reporting ecosystem offers two options for validation study reporting: CRT 1.8, a downloadable Windows application, and WebCRT 1.0, a centralized browser-based platform. Together, they provide flexible, secure, efficient ways to generate reports for Validator AVS, ValProbe RT, and equipment validation activities.
CRT 1.8 is a desktop application that creates reports from Validator AVS and ValProbe RT qualification study files. Using your Kaye console, generate study files and transfer them to your PC via sync-out over a network drive, supporting a paperless workflow. Reports can also be exported to a network drive for digital integration. Files are encrypted and tamper-proof, accessible only through CRT software to preserve data integrity. The interface follows Kaye's Asset Centric Concept and supports Active Directory for user management. CRT is a single tool for Validator AVS, ValProbe RT, and equipment reports, supports database-enabled ValProbe RT and Validator AVS, and integrates with KDC for HMI and independent installations. It includes a plug-in feature for custom templates, with a base license available for additional PCs. A free 30-day trial is downloadable, and purchases can be arranged through your account manager.
WebCRT 1.0 is a key step in the Kaye Data Center modernization initiative, delivering a centralized web-based platform hosted on the KDC server. It brings core CRT functionality into a secure browser environment while preserving the familiar workflow. Consolidating ValProbe RT and Validator AVS data into one platform, WebCRT eliminates data silos and improves collaboration. With no local installation required, WebCRT is accessible from any network machine, reducing IT maintenance and simplifying version control. Its familiar look minimizes training time, while its centralized design supports future growth.
