Kaye ValProbe RT® is an advanced wireless thermal validation platform designed for reliable, real-time monitoring in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device applications. By combining high-accuracy sensors, advanced RF communication, and efficient battery technology, ValProbe RT® provides a dependable solution for capturing critical process data throughout the validation lifecycle.

The system features a broad range of wireless data loggers capable of measuring temperature, pressure, carbon dioxide, and humidity directly within the process. With an operating range of -80°C to 140°C, the loggers are suited to demanding applications where accurate, in-situ measurements are essential. Real-time wireless data transmission enables efficient monitoring while reducing the limitations associated with wired connections.

A dedicated Base Station manages communication between the wireless loggers and the validation system. Antenna diversity technology enhances RF performance, helping maintain stable and reliable communication across the validation environment.

The ValProbe RT® system is operated through a dedicated Validation Console running Windows 10 LTSC and equipped with purpose-built validation software. The platform supports key validation activities, including setup, qualification, logger verification, reporting, and secure data storage and backup. Its integrated approach helps streamline validation workflows while supporting requirements related to 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and cybersecurity.
